Recently, the EOS line has expanded with the introduction of the EOS “Cupa Grandis” Grand Barrel Reserve program. Featuring grapes sourced from the top EOS Estate Chardonnay and Petite Sirah vineyard blocks, the wines are handcrafted using the world’s finest cooperage. The Cupa Grandis Chardonnay is fermented and aged in 100% new Louis-Latour French oak, considered the finest in the world, and the Petite Sirah uses a selection of barrels from specific forests in France.
